After registering on RebateTrail, submit your Confirmation Number. The system will automatically link your booking — no screenshots or documents needed.
The system automatically matches hotel records and calculates your cashback, typically 5–7% of the base room rate. Fully transparent — you can view the cashback source and calculation for every booking.
4–9 weeks after checkout, once the hotel settlement is complete, your cashback is automatically credited to your RebateTrail wallet. You can then request a withdrawal via bank transfer or other supported methods.
